None. There are no fees for getting started nor are there monthly minimums. You only pay for transcription services rendered.

We have comprehensive dictation capture options available to suit our clients’ needs. Our clients our able to dictate using a smartphone or a tablet (Android and iOS), digital handheld recorder, computer mic, or good old-fashioned touch tone phone. Delivery of transcribed reports varies to suit our clients’ needs. Our clients are assured of secured, 99% up-time, HIPAA compliant transcribed reports. Reports may also be uploaded to clients’ EMR.

Absolutely! Send us your requirements (letterhead, report format, etc.) and we can have your reports configured to your desired specifications.

We follow industry best practices in networking and data storage to ensure confidentiality and security of records during transmission, transcription, and storage. We also make sure that our employees go through the necessary HIPAA training as an added safeguard.

We keep all reports online for a period of two years . Reports older than two years and up to seven years may also be requested and are usually made available within one business day.
