eCareNotes Installation Guide
Below is a step-by-step guide to installing eCareNotes on your smartphone/tablet or personal computer.

Using your smartphone/tablet to dictate
- Search for the mobile app eCareNotes Mobile in Google Play Store (for Android users) or in Apple App Store (for iOS users).
- Install the app on your smartphone/tablet.
- Once installed, you will be presented with a screen that will ask for your username and password (if you have not received your username and password, please contact us).
- Start dictation. Note that you can pause and resume the dictation at any time.
- Once done with the dictation, simply press the “SUBMIT” button on your smartphone/tablet screen and the dictation will be automatically sent to the server for our immediate action.

Personal Computer installation
If you prefer to dictate using your digital handheld voice recorder (e.g., Olympus, Phillips, etc.), make sure that your voice recorder is correctly plugged-in to your computer.
Once your digital handheld voice recorder is plugged-in, go to eCareNotes website and log-in with your provided username and password.
Upon successful log-in, you will be able to see your welcome page (below) and will be presented with options and prompted for appropriate actions.
Selecting the Digital Recorder option in the user access menu will automatically check your digital handheld recorder connection and will prompt user if any pending audio files needs immediate action/attention.
Selecting the Options menu will allow user to configure the system (i.e., change password, settings, profile, and commence audio recording using a computer mic).

Dictate using a toll-free number
If, for any reason, you are unable to dictate using any of the above options, you may still dictate using our dedicated toll-free number (however, additional charges may incur). Please contact us if you want to avail of this service or if you need further information.
