OUR HISTORY

In 1998, we embarked on our journey as a small home-based medical transcription business in Sarasota, Florida. Our success was fueled by the trust and patience of local radiologists, as well as the commitment of talented medical transcriptionists in the Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, Englewood, Port Charlotte, and surrounding areas who eagerly embraced the opportunity to work from home. With a strong focus on radiology reports, we thrived due to our understanding of client demographics and the technology available at the time, utilizing daily audio recording pickups and report delivery.

Our dedication to quality and the establishment of excellent relationships with clients, aided by our status as a local small business, led to positive word-of-mouth referrals. Offering affordable rates and fast turnaround times further enhanced our reputation.

Consequently, we experienced significant growth within the professional community, expanding our expertise and transitioning into a comprehensive transcription solution provider.

Throughout our expansion and transformation, our commitment to quality and our emphasis on operating locally remained unwavering. Maria brings a wealth of qualifications and experience to the table. With a bachelor’s degree in business management, she has successfully navigated the realm of foreign service, making significant contributions at esteemed institutions such as the US Agency for International Development (US AID) in the Philippines and the Consular Section of the Embassy of the United States of America in Manila. Following her tenure at the US Embassy, Maria embarked on a pivotal journey at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in Riyadh, where she discovered her innate talent for Medical Transcription—a profession that perfectly aligned with her exceptional typing speed (>100 wpm) and remarkable accuracy (>99%).

Upon relocating to Florida, Maria wasted no time in pursuing her Medical Transcription education, graduating at the top of her class. Through sheer determination and hard work, she transformed her humble home-based medical transcription service into a thriving, full-scale transcription business. Today, her enterprise actively employs transcriptionists throughout the Southwest Florida region, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to growth and providing valuable employment opportunities in the local community. Maria’s remarkable journey is a testament to her exceptional skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to delivering top-quality transcription services.

Yani’s remarkable journey spans nearly three decades in Saudi Arabia, where he dedicated the last ten years to serving in a joint role as an Automation Specialist for a prestigious health research facility and a disability research foundation. His time in Saudi Arabia allowed him to refine his computer skills and cultivate an impressive repertoire of technical expertise, including data mining, database design and management, technical writing, and publishing. Yani’s pursuit of knowledge extended beyond his core responsibilities, leading him to complete advanced coursework in research management, global human resource management, strategic planning, and finance.

While Yani officially completed his medical transcription training over 25 years ago, his passion for learning remains unabated. He acts as a catalyst for knowledge cultivation within our organization, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance his skills and stay ahead of industry trends. This commitment, coupled with his exceptional computer proficiency, extensive industry experience, and acute management acuity, positions Yani in a truly unique and advantageous position. He possesses an innate ability to discern clients’ needs and adeptly tailors our services to meet their specific requirements, ensuring unparalleled satisfaction and exceptional service delivery.
